Add observation from the patient file into the care plan.
Make sure to click MGT icon from the patient's file and arrive the patient into MGT.
Then, click Import additional notes from patient file Tab to extract information from the patient's file.
You can remove anything unwanted, and you can free-type or copy and paste from the patient file to this section.

It will be under correspondence out. You have to refresh Best Practice. In BP go to view and click refresh or use your keyboard and press F5Add own notes to the referral
