Import a document from previous plan to a new plan

1. Go to new

2. Select the document type 

3. Instead of create new document select import

* can't import from TCA to CP but you can import from CP to TCA

  You do not have to do anything. If you have selected a provider who has an activated portal they can receive it straight away when the GP sign and complete the plan.

  Click on the edit icon as shown in the picture to edit any plan

• How to print a document

  1. Document status must be completed. 2. If the document is in the draft or pending signature then you can't print. 3.Click the print icon as below to print any document

• Delete a document

  Click on the delete icon as shown in the picture If you delete a draft you can't restore. If you deleted a completed document your practice manager can restore.
