Send the portal activation

1. Go to the address book.

2. Search the organisation or the provider

3. Enter their email address

4. Click on Create Portal.

​5. To resent the portal activation if they have not been activated within 24hrs you can resend again by clicking on the create portal icon

*Please keep in mind that you can send the portal activation above steps when you are searching them in the care plan and also, under all invitations when you click on portal status you can do the same.
