2. If you have any users under the user, you can remove them, or if you know which user, select their name
3. Then make sure to click filter
4. You will see the results, and you can also search the patient under the search here. Please see the image below

You do not have to do anything. If you have selected a provider who has an activated portal they can receive it straight away when the GP sign and complete the plan.
