How to upload referral feedback into the patient's file
1. Open any patient in your clinical system. ( Best Practice or Medical Director )
2. Then click on the MGT icon to launch and link the MGT and your clinical system.
( You can not do this in a PM user account, and you must log in to MGT as a nurse or a GP )
3. Then click on referral feedback.
4. Click on the upload icon to upload this feedback into the patient file.
Important: If you are using BP, this will upload into the correspondence In folder, and if you are using Medical Director, then this will upload into the correspondence.
You do not need to open all the patients in your clinical system and click on upload one by one; it will automatically upload into the relevant patient.
