Referral Feedback

You can write your feedback and submit to the practice through MGT portal.

1. Click on Feedback.

2. Click on small + icon on the top right hand side 

3. Write your feedback.

4. If you want you can save and exit to complete and submit later.

5. Click on sign and finish.
